Complaints dealt consistent with our charter (i.e. complaints dealt within
24-hours or a refund for the
day of complaint will be reimbursed dependant on the
nature of the problem/complaint).

Arrangement with 24-hour emergency electricians, plumbers, and boiler
repairers for all our properties and specialist contractors for immediate
pest control problems.

| In order to maintain a strong working
relationship we believe that both parties should work closely together to
reduce the stress involved in providing temporary accommodation services. In
order to achieve this we provide the following: |

Flexibility of choice of property availability. New property listings on a
daily basis.

24hours on our website and dedicated bookings and support
line).

Emergency services manager available on a
24-hour basis to attend
to any emergences or queries you may have.

Bookings
service available 24 hours.

property turnarounds will be made available within 72 hours.

Strict register
of guests occupying all properties/annexes - completed on a daily basis
