Tenant Care Charter
- We offer the following charter as our commitment to the welfare of our
tenants:

We respect
the need for privacy and will protect the confidentiality of our tenants.

We pride
ourselves on providing tenants well-maintained facilities with particular
attention to health, safety, hygiene and an efficient, friendly service at all
times.

We recognise
the needs and rights of our tenants and endeavor to deliver the highest level
of care whilst residing at our accommodation.

We will
conduct our services with consideration for the ethnic origin, cultural
background, religion and language of every tenant (copies of our Equal
Opportunities Policy are available upon request).

We are
committed to the protection and well being of children and will not tolerate
child abuse of any form (copies of our Child Protection Policy are available
upon request).

We guarantee
to respond to all problems/complaints within a 24-hour period.
Tenant Guidelines
We expect all our tenants to respect and maintain the accommodation provided
to them. Please find below a list outlining the clear expectations we place upon
our tenants with regard to their conduct within each property provided.

All rooms
should be kept tidy, clean and clear of waste.

All gardens
should be kept tidy and clear of rubbish.
-
Sanitary
and/or communal areas should be kept clean and tidy at all times.

Tenants are
advised to test all smoke/fire alarms on a weekly basis.

All fire
doors should be kept shut at all times and free from obstructions.
-
Power
sockets must be used appropriately and not overloaded (e.g. one plug per
socket).
-
Cooking
should never be left unattended.
-
Respect and
good conduct is expected towards fellow neighbours at all times.

Please be
considerate to neighbours with regard to noise levels, in particular when
listening to music or watching TV.
-
Access to
the property is not permitted for visitors without the presence of the tenant.

All visitors
are expected to respect and adhere to these guidelines.
-
No drugs are
to be kept or consumed on the premises (unless prescribed by a Doctor).
-
No weapons
(of any description) are to be kept on the premises.
